Please note below the measures being taken to ensure the safety of you all, and that of our staff:

We hope you and your families have been keeping safe and well during this time. We have additional health and safety measures in place on top of those in practice prior to Covid19.

Antibacterial gel/wipes will be available throughout the salon for staff and clients – all clients are to use this at the reception desk upon entry to the salon and anytime they feel it appropriate. 

All our therapists and staff will wear disposable gloves, masks, and aprons for each client.

Following the completion of each client experience / treatment is as follows:

  • All PPE disposed of

  • Hands & arms washed

  • Hands and arms sanitised

  • All disposable equipment cleared

  • All treatment room sanitised – inc chairs, beds, appliances

  • Towels replaced

  • Interior / Exterior door handles sanitised

We have also installed perspex screens at all nail stations so hands can be slid underneath for their treatment, ensuring client and therapist protection.

We politely  request you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. weather permitting it would be advisable to wait outside if there are more than 2 persons in the reception area. This prevents congestion and overcrowding in the salon, maintaining social distancing where possible.

Should you feel unwell or demonstrate  any of the Covid19 symptoms, or any friends or family have been ill in the 14 days prior to your appointment, PLEASE  contact us ASAP to reschedule your appointment.

We would encourage clients to bring in their own drink containers/bottles.

We would prefer to take card payments only.
