Mesotherapy Treatments and Glycolic Peels
Micro-Needling

Mesotherapy

Facial Mesotherapy is among the most successful skin treatments to reverse visible signs of ageing, including external factors such as pollution, sun exposure, lifestyle factors and stress. The Facial Mesotherapy treatment delivers a tailored and sophisticated cocktail of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids and hyaluronic acid, through an advanced power injector into the lower layer of your skin.

This treatment is ideal for all skin types, is very comfortable and requires no ‘downtime’ so you can return straight to normal activities.

How does it work?

The tiny injections are a cocktail of vitamins, minerals and pharmaceuticals. They can help by increasing circulation of blood flow to a specific area, stimulating the production of collagen, as well as addressing areas of damaged connective tissue.

Client Testimonial

have been going to The Courtyard Salon for years .  I love the treatments and trust Hannah totally with my face.  So, when she suggested trying the new treatment being bought in,  Glycolic Peel followed by Mesotherapy, I said yes.  This is new to the Salon and Hannah talked me through the process and explained the benefits clearly.  It starts with a peel. The solution is painted on and left for a minute. Hannah advised a slight tingle and there was but nothing uncomfortable, in actual fact just felt warm.  Next the Mesotherapy treatment, tiny needles administer all the good stuff into the skin. It sounds scary, it isn't.  In all honesty I found it relaxing. There are the tiniest of pin pricks around sensitive areas like lips but it doesn't last and leaves a nice warm sensation.  Once done the face is cooled and aftercare explained.  The following day my skin looked plump and clear and pesky dry patches had gone and the oiler parts balanced out.  Apparently, it's day two you really see the difference and that was correct,  my  fine lines have all but disappeared and even my deep lines look genuinely fuller, I kid you not, it is a noticeable difference! It really does work.  In order to sort out my dry patches and balance out my hormonal skin I would definitely have this done again.  I love my treatments at The Courtyard Salon and this will be added to my list.  Can I say my poor husband is rolling his eyes in background. Thankyou Hannah, it is a great treatment.

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling is a rejuvenating, minimally invasive treatment that increases collagen and restores your skin's texture - ideal for tackling acne scars, signs of ageing and texture issues.

The metal needles are 1mm, therefore penetrating deeper into the skin though the epidermis and deposit the serums deeper down into the dermal epidermal junction, leading to more permanent results. Making this the perfect treatment for more advanced skin concerns such as deeper lines and wrinkles acne scaring and rosacea. For optimal results a course of 4 - 8 treatments are recommended once every 4 weeks. Skin is stimulated encouraging the synthesis of collagen which fills fine lines, acne scars and wrinkles for a more uniform, softer smoother appearance.

The increase in trauma that it cause leads to increased results as it stimulates the skins natural healing responses.

  • Redness can usually last for about 48 hours with slightly more aftercare involved.

  • Treatments only recommended every 4 weeks

  • Instant results with skin improving progressively following a treatment.

  • Peptides and hyaluronic serums are used to boost the skin.
